What in the heck is Reiki??

I just wanted to explain to ya'll what reiki is and give you an idea of what a reiki class or a reiki session might look and feel like. Do you wannt to know more? I have classes coming up. Come learn with me! Also, you can get reiki sessions at a distance, so you don't have to be in Portland to work with me. Do you need help with relaxation?
